How to Activate Internet /Mobile banking for Post office Savings account
Day 1:Visit nearest Post office to open Sb account and get new Passbook
Day1:Submit Internetbanking/ Mobile banking request application form(Click here)
Day2: you will recive one SMS regarding InterNet/Mobile banking activation
Internet Banking activation:(Browser based)
1.Open any browser and enter the link https://ebanking.indiapost.gov.in/
2. Click new user register activation
3. Type Customer Id& Account ID ( available in Passbook)
4. U will receive OTP to the registered mobile number and type it.
5. Set Login & Transaction password
6. Set 5 security questions with answer ( it helps to reset your password if you forgot the same)
7. Internet banking registration is successful.
8. Now use the link https://ebanking.indiapost.gov.in to login( CIF ID, login password).
Mobile banking activation:(app based)
1.Try this after registering internet Banking
2. Enter playstore type indiapost mobile banking click the app or click the below link to download the same. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=src.com.dop
3. Open the app
4. Click mobile banking -->> activate mobile banking
5. Enter below details
Username(CIF ID)
Mobile no
D.O.B
CIF ID
6. U will receive OTP to the registered mobile number and type it.
7. Set login Pin(4 digit)
8. Mobile banking registration is successful
(Here CIF ID, PIN is used for login)
Note:
1.Transaction password is required for doing transaction in Internet/mobile banking.

3. Currently Service is available with in DOP(Neft/IMPS not available). Interoperability will be enabled in future (Kindly contact nearest Post office for further update) . To know more click here
